Role Summary
Wood is hiring an experienced PMC Civil & Structural Specialist to oversee engineering compliance during the EPC phase for ADNOC Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. This role provides technical leadership and ensures civil and structural engineering work meets ADNOC specifications and project standards.

What You ll Do
* Provide leadership on civil and structural engineering activities during the execute stage of ADNOC LPP Project
* Review EPC contractor technical deliverables, studies, drawings, and material schedules for compliance with design basis
* Evaluate subcontract scopes and technical submissions for specialist services
* Assist in reporting ADNOC civil engineering performance, KPIs, and improvement plans
* Oversee foundations, structural steel, LNG tanks, marine works, drainage, and utilities design
* Ensure EPC contractor adherence to ADNOC standards and project schedule
* Deputize for the Manager in supervising the civil engineering team
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
* Minimum 15 years experience in civil/structural engineering in LNG, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries
* At least 2 years in a similar leadership role on mega projects
* Strong experience in EPC phase activities including scope preparation and design basis documentation
* Expertise in site preparation, foundations, steel structures, concrete structures, marine works, and blast-resistant buildings
* Proficiency in preparation of technical specifications, bid evaluations, and progress monitoring
* Familiarity with ADNOC standards and GCC project experience preferred
