Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our luxury patisserie in Hadath and oversee the smooth running of evening operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the F&B industry (patisserie, caf , or hospitality is a plus)
Proven supervisory or managerial experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and train staff
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering a luxury service experience
Details:
Working Hours: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
