Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-operative consultations with patients to discuss expectations and options.
• Evaluate patient medical histories to ensure fitness for procedures and mitigate risks.
• Develop and communicate personalized surgical treatment plans for each patient.
• Perform cosmetic surgery procedures enhancing or altering appearance as required.
• Conduct reconstructive surgeries for patients with congenital, trauma-induced, or pathological deformities.
• Provide expert guidance on post-operative care to promote recovery and prevent complications.
• Keep detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress for future reference.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on new surgical techniques and practices.
• Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality regarding patient information and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families about realistic outcomes and potential risks involved with procedures.
• Ensure all surgical environments comply with health and safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialization in plastic surgery.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery is highly preferred and advantageous.
• A minimum of 10 years surgical experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
• Comprehensive understanding of the latest developments in surgical practices and technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform complex surgeries with precision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
