Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our reputable medical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures, as well as a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will handle a wide range of procedures, from aesthetic enhancements to reconstructive surgeries, aiming to improve patients' appearance and confidence. The role demands an individual who is not only adept at surgical techniques but also possesses exceptional patient communication skills to ensure patients are well-informed and comfortable throughout the treatment process. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to providing leading-edge medical care and achieving successful patient outcomes.


Responsibilities
  • Consult with patients to assess their needs and expectations regarding plastic surgery procedures.
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations to evaluate patients for reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries.
  • Develop and discuss a tailored surgical plan with patients, evaluating potential risks and benefits.
  • Conduct reconstructive surgeries to repair deformities or enhance function after injuries or surgeries.
  • Perform cosmetic surgeries, including facelifts, rhinoplasty, liposuction, and breast augmentations.
  • Utilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies to enhance surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment in the operating theater.
  • Provide postoperative care and follow-up to monitor recovery and manage any complications.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Educate and counsel patients and families about preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative procedures.
  • Be available for consultations and emergency evaluations as needed, ensuring prompt patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional education and training to stay current with surgical advancements.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
  • Completed residency in plastic surgery from an accredited program is necessary.
  • Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
  • Possess a valid state medical license and certification to practice in the state.
  • Demonstrable experience in performing a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with patients and health professionals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Commitment to continuous education and staying updated with the latest medical advances.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination are critically important.
