Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining assigned machines in a plastic flexible packaging facility to achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and minimal wastage. Key Responsibilities Operate machines such as Extrusion, Printing, Lamination, Slitting, and Pouch Making as per SOPs Set up machines for new jobs, including roll mounting, parameter setting, and changeovers
Desired Candidate Profile
Hands-on knowledge of plastic flexible packaging machinery Understanding of films, inks, adhesives, laminates, and packaging materials
Duty Hours:- 12 Hours (Including Lunch & dinner - 1 Hour) - Day & Night Both Shift
