Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in charge of the operational management of the production site and supervise a team of 400 employees. Your main responsibilities include

Manage daily production by ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality.

Optimize industrial processes and set up reliable performance indicators.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.

Develop the operational budget and monitor the industrial results of the site.

Coordinate technical and logistical activities to ensure smooth production.

Supervise team management and maintain a motivating and efficient work environment.

The Successful Applicant

You are a graduate of a major engineering school (ENSAM, INSA, UTC, Mines, etc.) and you have at least 10 years of experience in the management of industrial entities. You rely on proven expertise in the production of electrical cables and harnesses. You are able to manage results-oriented teams and operations, implementing continuous improvement approaches in demanding environments that comply with international standards. You must speak Italian and have a sufficient level of English for this position.
