Conduct routine inspections of static equipment to detect corrosion, leaks, or defects.
Review maintenance and inspection records.
Ensure compliance with API, ASME, and other relevant standards.
Prepare inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs and modifications.
Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates must have a relevant ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Extensive experience in static equipment inspection within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery environments.
Certification in relevant NDT methods (e.g., VT, MT, PT, UT) is preferred.
Knowledge of API 510, 570, 650, or similar standards.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
