Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review demand forecasts and analyze deviations (forecast vs. actual, safety stock levels) to suggest corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage production and supply plants to meet company and customer demands .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, and Procurement , production , Quality) to align production schedules with market needs.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability and avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth distribution of products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any planning issues that arise in the supply chain.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports and KPIs (forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns) to top management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and contribute to ERP/MRP and system enhancement projects
  • Follow with project management team new products to accelerate launch dates

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Supply Chain Management Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 7 years of planning or supply chain experience, with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in pharma/FMCG).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solid ERP/MRP and Excel knowledge.
  • Leadership abilities with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Understanding of GMP, supply chain processes, and forecasting methodologies
