Roles & Responsibilities



Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
Prepare baseline programs, updates, and recovery schedules
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
Analyze delays and prepare EOT claims and mitigation plans
Track manpower, materials, and equipment progress
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project milestones

Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 8 years of experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel
Experience with Saudi construction projects preferred
Good understanding of project controls, planning, and reporting
Valid Saudi Iqama
Transferable Iqama (Naqal Kafala mandatory)
Available for immediate joining
