Responsibilities
- Develop baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Track critical path, delays, and propose mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate progress updates.
- Assist in claims, EOT, and resource loading.
