Bachelor of Engineering (Civil / MEP), Primavera P6 v8.2, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project (MSP)
10 to 12 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 08 yrs.)- Preferably in the field of Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.
GCC Driving License will preferable
Strong understanding in the basic planning activities such as construction, scheduling/programming, updating & tracking the progress
Managed cost of the project based on the cost monitoring & controlling
Skilled in planning and executing projects with a flair for adopting modern methodologies; complying with quality standard
Ensure that all safety standards are followed and plans are in place to minimize any potential for shortcomings during the construction phase.
To determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones.
Produce detailed progress reports, productivity reports, and overall project reports.
Coordinate and liaise with the project manager to ensure that the project progress is on track as per agreed timelines.
To identify inter-discipline restraints or interfaces which define activity sequences and work with the performing organizations and units to coordinate work sequences within total project plan.
Extremely organized and disciplined with excellent communication skills and a realistic approach to Planning.
