Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  2. Prepare baseline programs, identify the project’s critical path, and establish milestones.
  3. Monitor project progress against the baseline and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.
  4. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting delays, variances, and recovery actions.
  5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather input for planning and scheduling.
  6. Forecast resource requirements (manpower, materials, and equipment) based on project activities.
  7. Conduct delay analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims when required.
  8. Track and report project productivity and performance indices.
  9. Ensure that all planning and scheduling activities are carried out in line with company standards and procedures.
  10. Maintain a comprehensive project documentation and tracking system for all planning data.

Desired Candidate Profile

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BTech Civil)
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
