-Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project under the guidance of the Planning Manager.
-Coordinate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to gather required inputs for schedule development.
-Support in preparing baseline schedules, tracking progress, and updating timelines based on site inputs.
-Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work activities and ensure alignment with the overall project plan.
-Identify potential schedule delays and assist in proposing corrective actions or recovery plans.
-Prepare and update progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
-Assist in the analysis of actual vs. planned progress and highlight variances.
-Support in quantity tracking and S-curve generation for progress monitoring.
-Maintain proper documentation of planning and scheduling data, reports, and revisions.
-Attend coordination meetings and document planning-related discussions and decisions.
-Ensure compliance with client requirements, contract obligations, and planning standards.
