Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Perform critical path analysis and baseline planning.
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.
Progress Monitoring
- Monitor actual versus planned progress.
- Prepare reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and disruptions.
- Conduct “what-if” analyses and propose practical solutions.
Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and provide project planning insights.
Cost and Contract Control
- Collaborate with the Quantity Surveying team for budgeting and cost tracking.
- Support Extension of Time (EoT) claims and contract-related submissions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of three years of UAE-based experience in roads and infrastructure planning.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
