Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview: Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project schedules. Provide expert analysis on delays, prepare EOT claims, and support project controls to optimize delivery. • Education & Certifications: o Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent. o Primavera P6 certification required; MSP certification a plus. • Experience: o 5–10 years in planning/scheduling for large-scale construction under consultancy contracts. o Experience with baseline development, resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis. • Technical Skills: o Advanced Primavera P6, MS Project, and earned value management expertise. o Ability to generate dashboards, progress reports, and performance metrics. • Leadership & Soft Skills: o Clear communication with site teams to capture real-time progress. o Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving. o Facilitation of schedule review meetings with contractors and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferred Assets: o Familiarity with FIDIC schedules, contractual delay adjudication, and BIM integration. o Bilingual capability and experience supporting GCC projects.
