Manage the implementation of the PIC

Contribute to the preparation of Pr-PIC and PIC meetings

Ensure consistency between the PIC and customer demand integrated / existing in the ERP

Establish flexibility rules with customers and ensure they are respected

Ensure control of the variability of customer demand as well as its feasibility

Lead the Production Master Program (PDP) meetings

Ensure / ensure / guarantee the reliability of inputs for the preparation of PDPs for the different areas / activities

Ensure synchronization of PDPs of different perimeters/activities

Ensure the preparation of the PDP according to standards

Ensure the proper integration of PDP outputs into the ERP

Ensure consistency between the PDP and the production schedule

Monitor the implementation of the production schedule

Manage the stock policy related to manufactured items

Define, validate and ensure the application of standards and procedures related to its scope

Establish and update performance and monitoring indicators for its scope of activity and implement the action plans necessary to achieve the objectives

Lead / participate in the management routines of your department.
