Planner SPIR Madina Group

a)Planner must have at least 8 years of experience in Engineering Work in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power Generation industry, of which at least 4 years have been performed as Planner / Scheduler for Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting Refractory and 2 years TSA activities.

b) Planner educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) etc.

c) Planner must have a fairly good knowledge & understanding of various process equipment.

d) Planner must have a fairly good knowledge & understanding of Scaffolding codes of practices and relevant British standards.

e) Planner must be able to read & understand isometric, PEFS, DEPs and scaffolding, Insulation, Painting drawings and small plant changes.

f) Planner must be able to read, write and speak English (IELTS 6 Equivalent).

g) Planner must be able to Work with computers utilising Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages.

h) Planner must be able to identify and request for the appropriate materials, workforce, tools and equipment for larger jobs.

i) Planner must be able to prepare a 14 (fourteen) and 90 (ninety) and 365 days look-ahead Work plan with different level detail, using QSGTL SAP tool, for all the Works of the CONTRACTOR and interface with COMPANY planners.

j) Planner must be able to Work with Primavera P6planning software packages. Must have experience with resource loading and scheduling to produce progress status reports.

k) Planner must be able to prepare a detailed Work packs and plans for a small to medium shutdowns.

l) Must be able to read/interpret lifting plans and translate those to work plans.

m) Planner must be able to produce progress reports and forecasts for QSGTL, stakeholders and team members.

n) Planner shall have advanced level knowledge and experience with SAP-PM, CMMS and MS (Microsoft) Access Database along with other MS Office applications.

o) Preferably have a valid Qatari license and defensive driving training, so as to be able to utilize vehicles on call off-basis.
