Pit Manager - Table Games Operations

Oversee the daily operations of assigned pit areas on the Main Floor, ensuring table games are conducted with integrity, efficiency, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise croupiers, manage guest interactions, and maintain a secure and welcoming gaming environment. Support the Assistant Casino Manager in achieving operational goals and delivering exceptional guest service in line with Wynn Al Marjan Island s luxury standards.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate operational updates to the team
• Assist in scheduling rosters and breaks to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency
• Support the onboarding and training of new croupiers and Gaming Team Members
• Monitor grooming and conduct of team members to ensure alignment with company standards
• Manage the assigned pit area and ensure smooth operation of table games
• Ensure compliance with casino policies, procedures, and government regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries, disputes, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Escalate unresolved issues and suspicious activities to the Assistant Casino Manager-Table Games
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
• Ensure proper handling and security of playing cards, chips, and equipment
• Monitor table limits, game pace, and croupier rotations to optimize performance
• Maintain accurate records of game activity, incidents, and guest feedback
• Support the implementation of new games, promotions, and operational initiatives
• Assist in managing inventory of table game assets and supplies
• Report equipment malfunctions and ensure timely maintenance or replacement
