Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic Pilates and Zumba classes, ensuring proper form and adapting routines for diverse fitness levels.
- Design and implement engaging class formats, incorporating music, choreography, and Pilates principles to maximize client enjoyment and results.
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications, addressing individual needs and guiding clients toward their fitness goals.
- Assess client fitness levels and physical limitations, offering safe and effective exercise modifications to prevent injuries.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic education.
- Holds a nationally recognized Pilates and Zumba certification, showcasing professional training and expertise.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Pilates and Zumba classes, indicating practical application of skills.
- Demonstrates prior experience in a fitness-related role, providing a context for understanding the industry.
