Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments to diagnose movement dysfunction and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and conditions.
• Apply manual therapy techniques, including massage and joint mobilizations, effectively.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises designed to improve mobility and strength.
• Utilize equipment and technology to aid in patient rehabilitation and progress tracking.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes comprehensively and accurately.
• Stay informed on the latest physiotherapy research and integrate evidence-based practices.
• Provide compassionate support and motivation to encourage patient adherence to treatment.
• Monitor and assess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary for improvement.
• Ensure all physiotherapy equipment and facilities are maintained and functioning properly.

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice as a physiotherapist or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics required.
• Experience in assessing and treating a wide variety of physical conditions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation efficiently.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on field advancements.
