Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and provide customized treatment plans including therapeutic massage, stretching, manual therapy, and exercises.
Use massage therapy techniques to relieve muscle pain, reduce stress, and improve circulation.
Educate clients on proper posture, ergonomics, and self-care exercises.
Monitor client progress and adapt treatments as needed.
Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and follow hygiene protocols.
Collaborate with other spa therapists and wellness practitioners to provide holistic care.
Maintain detailed records of treatments and client progress.
Promote spa services and wellness programs to clients.
