We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Arabic Speaking Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients, enhancing their mobility, and improving their quality of life. You will work closely with patients from a diverse cultural background, ensuring that their specific needs are met with culturally competent care. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can fluently converse in Arabic to effectively evaluate and devise personalized treatment plans for each patient. This role demands a blend of empathy, advanced clinical skills, and a commitment to continuous learning to keep up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to diagnose mobility issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patients' individual needs.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance on exercises to improve patient mobility.
• Monitor patients progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatments available.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Keep up-to-date records of patients progress and treatment provided.
• Manage and assess the use of physiotherapy equipment and tools.
• Advocate for the patient s best interest and aid in goal setting for recovery.
• Comply with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
• Stay informed about advancements by attending workshops and reading literature.
• Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Licensed to practice physiotherapy .
• Minimum of two years of supervised practical experience as a physiotherapist.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong patient-centered focus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of physiotherapy principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
