Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Plan, manage, and oversee holistic healthcare and physical readiness projects from initiation to completion
· Lead, coordinate, and supervise multidisciplinary teams
· Ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
· Monitor performance, analyze data, and address operational and clinical challenges
· Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior management
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
· Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and health outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
· Emirati national
· Medical degree with a valid HAAD license
· Minimum of two years of relevant experience
· Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
· Ability to commute within Ajman, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Liwa
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong interest in holistic healthcare, health promotion, and wellbeing
