About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and crea0ve Photographer/Videographer to bring our brand to life

through visual storytelling. You’ll play a key role in crea0ng compelling content for social media,

campaigns, events, and product showcases across our real estate, lifestyle, and fashion ver0cals. From

concept to capture to post-produc0on, this role requires a sharp eye, technical precision, and a deep

understanding of how to translate brand iden0ty into scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibili2es

• Produce high-quality photo and video content for marke0ng campaigns, social media,

websites, and branded plaHorms

• Capture engaging reels, stories, and short-form videos tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,

and Snapchat

• Conduct product, lifestyle, and on-loca0on shoots—including company events, team features,

and property showcases

• Handle all aspects of shoot setup, including ligh0ng, composi0on, framing, and direc0on

• Edit content using Adobe Crea0ve Suite—specifically Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop,

and AXer Effects

• Organize and maintain photo/video libraries and ensure all assets align with brand guidelines

• Collaborate with the marke0ng and content team to develop crea0ve visual concepts

• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and plaHorm-specific content requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of professional experience in photography and videography (preferably in real

estate, fashion, or lifestyle)

• Advanced post-produc0on skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and AXer

Effects

• Strong porHolio showcasing dynamic edi0ng, color grading, and composi0on techniques

• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling for digital and social media

• Tech-savvy with hands-on knowledge of cameras, ligh0ng, audio gear, and studio setups

• Strong a`en0on to detail, ability to work independently and under 0ght deadlines

• Crea0ve mindset with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual content
