Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Photography:
Capture high-quality images of the center, staff, patients (with consent), events, and other visual content that aligns with the GluCare brand. This includes portraits, group photos, candid shots, and facility imagery.
Videography:
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, the GluCare website, and internal presentations. Videos may range from patient testimonials and promotional content to behind-the-scenes footage and educational videos.
Post-Production:
Edit photos and videos using relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) to ensure polished and professional results. This includes color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics where needed.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop creative concepts for visual storytelling. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, social media strategies, and patient engagement efforts.
Event Coverage:
Capture live events, webinars, and other center activities, ensuring all key moments are visually documented and ready for post-event marketing or archiving.
Brand Alignment:
Ensure all visual content is consistent with GluCare's brand identity, tone, and message. This includes maintaining visual quality and upholding the professionalism of the center's image.
Asset Management:
Organize and maintain a library of photos and videos for easy access and future use. Ensure all files are properly labeled and stored in the company's digital asset management system.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure that all photography and videography equipment is properly maintained, stored, and ready for use.
Understand, follow and support all hospital infection control programs
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing both.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting setups, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Creativity: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content that engages and resonates with our audience.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, composition, and the ability to produce high-quality, polished content.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often capturing live events and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, staff, and the marketing team.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of working in healthcare settings and maintaining patient confidentiality where required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare or medical photography/videography is a plus.
Familiarity with content creation for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Understanding of video production for educational or training purposes.
