Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare, label, and ensure proper handling of blood samples for laboratory testing.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update documentation as required.
  • Follow strict infection control and safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent patient care and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support laboratory staff and medical professionals as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Medical Laboratory, or related healthcare field.

  • Certification in Phlebotomy (where applicable).
  • DOH licensed
  • 2 years' proven experience in blood collection and specimen handling in the UAE (a must).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
