Roles & Responsibilities
Community Pharmacy manager, Responsible for:
- Purchasing orders
- Stock management
- Expiry dates monitoring
- Communication, Negotiations, and follow up with Sales representatives
- Follow up returned products and Credit notes
- Direct communication with customers and patients, counseling, prescribing OTC drugs
- Communication with Insurance companies
- Monitoring team members shifts and schedules
- Minor accounting activities
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
