Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ninja is redefining health care and patient engagement, and we are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our groundbreaking team. As a pharmacist at Ninja, you will be essential in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, from dispensing medications to counseling patients about their therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and established protocols.
- Provide comprehensive medication consultation to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment and medication plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to evaluate and manage patient medication therapy and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor patient health progress and address any medication-related issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical advancements and provide recommendations based on clinical evidence.
- Uphold compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards within the pharmacy.
- Assist in the management of pharmacy operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Train and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of practice and patient care.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- 1-3 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of pharmacology and medication management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze and simplify complex medical information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the pharmacy field.
