We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compounding and dispensing medications as prescribed by physicians, as well as providing important information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage. The Pharmacist will also ensure that patients understand their medications to promote adherence to treatment plans and contribute positively to our healthcare facility's goals of achieving superior patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Accurately fill prescriptions for patients as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Provide patients with comprehensive information regarding their medications and treatments.
• Monitor patients for potential drug interactions and advise on necessary precautions.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all medications dispensed to enhance accountability.
• Ensure that all pharmaceutical supplies are stocked and kept in safe storage conditions.
• Advise patients about over-the-counter medications, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve therapeutic outcomes for patients.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and legal requirements in daily practice activities.
• Educate staff about pharmaceutical products and assist in training new team members.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and track prescription and over-the-counter stock levels.
• Evaluate the quality of compounding practices and prepare customized medications safely.
• Conduct health and wellness screenings and bring awareness to preventive healthcare measures.

Requirements

• A Bachelor s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Pharmacist.
• At least two years of experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in pharmacy software and databases for efficient prescription management.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with pharmaceutical advancements.
