Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Product Knowledge: Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding pesticide products
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all sales and marketing activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the agricultural or pesticide industry
- Strong understanding of pesticide products and their applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software and tools
