Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Utilize advanced pest control technologies and techniques, including thermal imaging and baiting systems, to effectively eliminate pests.
  • Develop and implement customized pest management strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits to ensure effective pest management and client communication.
  • Stay updated on the latest pest control products, methods, and industry best practices through continuous education and training.
  • Respond promptly to emergency pest control requests, providing rapid assessments and solutions to mitigate risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in pest control or related fields, showcasing a solid understanding of pest behavior and control methods.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and the ability to explain complex pest control concepts simply.
