Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the Personnel Section.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records (files, forms, contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.).
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports for management, including headcounts, turnover rates, and leave balances.
- Liaise with internal departments for personnel-related matters.
- Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in law.
- Minimum 5 7 years of HR/personnel experience.
- Very good English level.
- Strong knowledge of new labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
