Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the Personnel Section.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records (files, forms, contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.).
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate HR reports for management, including headcounts, turnover rates, and leave balances.
  • Liaise with internal departments for personnel-related matters.
  • Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in law.
  • Minimum 5 7 years of HR/personnel experience.
  • Very good English level.
  • Strong knowledge of new labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
