Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In the event of hiring a collaborator
- Create employees in the payroll system (HR Teams)
- Carry out the DPAE
- Transmit contractual remuneration elements (RIB, contract) to the payroll department
- Set up compensation in the dedicated portal
Personnel administration
- Update staff data in the payroll system: remuneration, qualifications, employment, family situation,
- Record staff movements (CDI CDD CDIC Interns)
- Check the conformity of mission and placement orders
- Feed and update employees' material files
PAY of employees
- Extract, verify, value and pay overtime
- Continuously capture employee absences not automatically managed in the payroll system (sickness, maternity leave, paternity leave, etc.) and collect the relevant supporting documents
- Carry out the monthly reconciliation check of leave between the time entry portal and the absence portal
- Check the completeness of allowances and expenses in the time entry portal (according to Group planning) in accordance with the MDGs/ODDs and company agreements
- Check telework compensation monthly
- Enter variable elements into the payroll system in accordance with the Group forms sent by HR (variable remuneration, increases and various bonuses)
- Submit monthly summary statements of allowances and expenses from the time entry portal, supplementing them with elements entered manually in the Payroll IS (payroll preparation step)
- Processing of advance and deposit requests
- Processing of monthly payroll anomalies
- Be the contact person for employees for any questions relating to payroll
In the event of employee departure
- Enter the employee's departure into the payroll system (reason and date of departure)
- Prepare the STC form with the latest payroll details
- Enter the last variable elements into the payroll system, based on the validated STC form
- Send the STC form to the CSP payroll
- Send the employee the documents provided by the CSP payroll relating to the final settlement of all accounts
Desired Candidate Profile
Training :
- Bac+3/+5 in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other
- You have ideally completed a first internship in the field of HR or payroll
- You are eligible for the CIVP contract
Technical skills:

Knowledge of the basics of social legislation or a strong interest in payroll.
