Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support the CEO of a new and growing business in Dubai. The role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) and draft communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Assist in follow-ups, project tracking, and ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Organize events, conferences, and business meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth executive office operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.
