Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Regional Manager's calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and appointments to maximize productivity.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making and regional initiatives.
  • Organize and execute regional events, including team-building activities and client meetings, to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Maintain confidential records and documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects, including project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance the efficiency of administrative operations within the region.
  • Conduct research and compile data on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform regional strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Regional Manager and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge for the role.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record in supporting senior management, showcasing the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in a regional language being a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships across teams and departments.
