About the role
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity as we seek our next Future Shaper to join us as a Personal/Executive Assistant, based in Dubai.In this role, you will be an integral part of the Orica Global team, providing high-level administrative support to the Commercial team. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects and tasks to support the team's objectives.If you are looking to advance your career and have the chance to support a dynamic team within Orica s global operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you.What you will be doingManaging the schedules and appointments of the Commercial team, ensuring efficient time management.Coordinating and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, on behalf of the team.Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Supporting various projects and tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Commercial team.What you will bringProven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
