Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operational Support

Coordinate daily operational tasks including stock management, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking.

Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and retail partners to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth logistics.

Monitor and update inventory records, and assist in preparing reports related to stock and sales.

Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and data entry.

Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Help manage inventory tracking, labeling, and warehouse organization.

Handle basic data entry, invoices, and expense tracking.

2. Marketing & Social Media Assistance

Support content planning and posting across Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify.

Help organize photoshoots (arranging samples, contacting models, etc.).

Prepare product descriptions, pricing sheets, and upload items online.

Assist in monitoring ads performance and coordinating with the marketing team.

3. Administrative Tasks

Manage the founder s schedule, follow up on messages/emails, and prepare simple reports.

Keep track of deadlines, collections, and seasonal timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in administration, management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid (home/office) arrangement.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
