Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and manage advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, TikTok, Snapchat, and X Ads.

Monitor and analyze daily campaign performance and optimize results based on key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS).

Prepare periodic reports highlighting advertising spend efficiency and propose performance-improving solutions.

Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with the brand identity.

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least 6 years in managing paid digital advertising campaigns.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Full proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, and performance tracking tools.

Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies.

Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on realistic performance indicators.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Desired Candidate Profile

Verified experience in the medical sector is preferred.
