Performance Management Sr Specialist

Key Responsibilities -

• Design, implement, and manage organizational performance management frameworks, including OKRs, Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, and competency-based systems.
• Administer and enhance performance management systems such as SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, SAP, or equivalent platforms to support performance cycle.
• Lead or support organizational change initiatives related to performance management, including transitions from appraisal-driven to continuous feedback cultures.
• Analyze performance data and prepare actionable insights and reports to inform talent decisions and leadership reviews.
• Design and deliver training or coaching programs for managers and employees to enhance goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations.

Qualifications & Experience -

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a senior specialist or equivalent role.
• Proven expertise in aligning L&D programs with business goals and talent strategies.
• Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.
