Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnership
- Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in daily people-related matters.
- Provide advisory support on employee relations, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with the HR Manager to support business needs and organizational priorities.
- Participate in workforce planning, organizational changes, and headcount reviews.
- Act as deputy to the HR Country Lead when required and ensure business continuity
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues) in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and Allianz policies.
- Prepare and review employment contracts, warning letters, and HR documentation.
- Liaise with labor offices, social insurance, and government authorities when required.
3. Onboarding & Talent Development
- Lead onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with regional Learning CoE to deploy global and local learning initiatives.
4. Performance, Rewards & HR Analytics
- Support the annual performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, calibration).
- Prepare compensation data and participate in salary review and market benchmarking exercises.
- Generate and analyze HR dashboards (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.) to support management decisions.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Coordinate employee engagement programs (AES action plans, recognition programs, wellness initiatives).
- Promote Allianz s People & Culture values and contribute to internal communication campaigns.
- Partner with managers to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
6. HR Operations & Projects
- Oversee HR operations (attendance, benefits, medical insurance, payroll validation).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Support HR audits and process improvement projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 6 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and government processes.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
