Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient pediatric care including preventive health, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up.
Collaborate with family medicine physicians and specialists for shared case management and ongoing learning.
Provide care that follows current standards of practice and is grounded in evidence-based guidelines.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, fostering confidence and long-term continuity of care.
Practice with cultural sensitivity and adaptability for both Emirati and expatriate populations.
Actively contribute to team development through case discussions, quality improvement, and professional education.
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all Ajyal Medical Center protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.
Fulfill licensing and credentialing requirements through the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).
Desired Candidate Profile
Medical degree (MD/MBBS or equivalent) with residency training in Pediatrics.
Minimum 2 years of independent practice experience beyond residency.
Eligible for UAE MOHAP licensure in Pediatrics.
Proficiency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred
Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Willing to learn, receive feedback, and collaborate.
Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to building something new.
Emotionally intelligent, relationally wise, and respectful across cultures.
