- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU, NICU, and emergency department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and test results.
