Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The PC Manufacturing Master Data Supervisor is responsible for designing Bills of Materials (BOM) for products on ERP systems, managing material rate allocation and control, reviewing budgets, issuing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) per production shop, following up with the purchasing team, and supporting the automation and development of new projects.

Key Responsibilities

System Control & Enhancement

Create Bill of Materials for all PC products.

Set up resources, departments, and routing for product BOMs on the ERP system.

Compare standard consumption to actuals, addressing discrepancies (such as cost saving via consumable rates review).

Handle Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for all models, ensuring accurate alignment between packing lists and ECNs to prevent order/assembly errors.

PR Issuance & Budget Review

Issue PRs for production equipment.

Follow up on PRs with the purchasing team.

Track consumables to ensure uninterrupted production line operations.

New Strategies & Projects (MDM)

Support the creation of all catalogs related to PC Manufacturing according to MDM methodology.

Assign part numbers to all Prima PC models, including spare parts and non-auto items.

Desired Candidate Profile

Certifications/Training:

Oracle Supply Chain & Bill of Material certification/training.

Experience:

3 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

Technology:

Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain.

Languages:

Good command of English.
