Your mission

As a senior payroll specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Collect payroll data in accordance with established schedules (working hours, overtime, absences, type of contract, variable bonuses, status, bank details)
  • Check the payroll data and enter it into the Sage tool
  • Contribute to the payment of salary advances
  • D. Declare social security contributions to social and tax authorities
  • Prepare the payslips
  • Prepare the final settlement statements
  • Responding to inquiries regarding compensation
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and regulatory changes
  • Manage interactions with departments across all Concentrix subsidiaries (HR, Workforce Management, Production)

The profile of our Game-Changers

We are looking for a talented individual who:

  • Holds a higher education degree, ideally in management, human resources or accounting.
  • Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position (ideally in large organizations with a workforce ranging between 800 and 1000 employees or in a trust company)
  • Mastering written and spoken French
  • Has a good knowledge of payroll regulations
  • My mastery of Sage software and a good level of Excel
  • Demonstrates discretion and respects confidentiality.
  • He is known for his interpersonal skills.
  • He is rigorous, methodical and organized

Proficiency in written and spoken English is desirable.

Flexible working hours are required, particularly during monthly closings.
