Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees in full compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain and regularly update payroll records, employee documentation, and related files
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy
  • Prepare detailed reports for internal reviews, external audits, and management use
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings
  • Utilize HR software systems to manage payroll operations efficiently and securely

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and labor law compliance
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and reporting tools
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
