Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Your Responsibilities
  • Assist with monthly payroll run operations
  • Maintain payroll dashboards, salary databases, and employee details accurately
  • Perform payroll checks during onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate with HR, Legal, and payroll agents to ensure compliance and deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and record monthly SLA invoices
  • Stay informed of changing payroll laws and regulations
  • Support internal and external payroll audits and inquiries
  • Provide clear and professional support to employees regarding payroll topics
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information
What You Will Bring
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience working with multiple payroll systems is an advantage
  • Exposure to multi-country payroll environments is a plus
