Payroll Accountant Bosco Aluminium & Glass Co. LLC

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to manage end-to-end payroll processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, reconciliation, and employee compensation handling. A degree in commerce or business (BCom, MCom, MBA) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.)
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related statutory returns
• Coordinate with HR and finance departments for attendance, leave, and compensation data
• Manage payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, payslips, taxation, etc.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and reports
• Keep up to date with changes in payroll regulations and tax laws
• Prepare payroll reports and MIS for management review
