Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Pattern Maker - Ladies Fashion
Location: Kuwait
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers to understand design concepts and specifications.
- Create precise patterns for garments, textiles, and other products.
- Adjust and refine patterns based on feedback from designers and production teams.
- Ensure that patterns can be efficiently replicated in production.
- Utilize pattern-making software and tools to digitize and modify patterns.
- Maintain clear documentation of all pattern files and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pattern-related issues during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the apparel or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and design principles.
- Proficiency in using pattern-making software such as Gerber, Lectra, or Opti Tex.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design and production teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
