Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Patient Relations Executive will act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. This role involves managing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information. Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication. Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Coordinate with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards. Promote HealthHub services and assist patients with insurance and billing queries. Support initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a patient-facing role within healthcare. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems. Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is an advantage.
