Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate pastry line machinery such as mixers, dough sheeters, dough dividers, ovens, and other
automated equipment used in the pastry production process. - Set up and calibrate machines according to the product specifications, ensuring they are
correctly adjusted for each production batch. - Monitor the machine during production to ensure consistent output quality and troubleshoot
any issues that arise. - Control the flow of raw materials (flour, sugar, butter, etc.) into machines, ensuring correct
amounts are used for each batch. - Inspect products for defects such as irregular shapes, sizes, or over/under baking and take
corrective action as needed. - Perform routine maintenance on all machines, ensuring they are kept clean, lubricated, and in
good working condition. - Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues or malfunctions in the machines, such as
misfeeds or dough clogs, in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Atleast high school graduate.
- 1-2 years experience in catering, buffet, cruise ship and airline catering services.
- Basic English communication skills.
